1. User Obligations
1.1 The User is generally obligated to use IPONTENNIS, purchase products, and use its services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these General Conditions. The User must refrain from using the site in any way that may prevent, damage, or impair its operation or cause harm to Ipontennis, S.L., other users, or third parties.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Ipontennis, S.L. reserves the right to decide at any time which products are offered through IPONTENNIS and may add or remove products as deemed appropriate. Unless otherwise specified, new products will be subject to these General Conditions.
2.2 The products on IPONTENNIS will be presented as accurately as possible, according to the available display technology. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
2.3 Ipontennis, S.L. is committed to avoiding any transactions that are illegal or may harm its reputation. Product sales must comply with the laws and policies of the issuing bank’s entity. Ipontennis, S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order that is in dispute over a prior payment.
3. Procedure and Payment Method for Products
3.1 Within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, Ipontennis, S.L. will send an email to the User confirming the purchase, including a reference code, product details, price, shipping costs, and payment options. The contract will be valid once payment is successfully made.
3.2 The User must make payment via the methods detailed in section 3.5.
3.3 Ipontennis, S.L. will archive the electronic documents formalizing the contract and send a copy to the User.
3.4 The order confirmation sent by Ipontennis, S.L. is not a valid invoice, only a proof of purchase. The invoice will be available in the User’s account or can be requested in physical or digital format.

3.6 Delivery and Shipping Costs:
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by the User during registration. No deliveries to P.O. boxes.
- If a product is not available at the time of the order, the User will be informed, and a refund or new delivery date will be provided.
4. Discount Coupons
Discount coupons will be available to registered users on IPONTENNIS.
5. Customer Service
For any incidents, the User may contact customer service by sending an email to clientes@ipontennis.com or calling +34 699 700 197.
6. Home Delivery Service
The delivery area is limited to the regions indicated on Ipontennis, S.L.’s website, available within the European Union.
7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on IPONTENNIS, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Ipontennis, S.L. or third parties. The User does not acquire any ownership rights over these elements, and reproduction or distribution is prohibited without express authorization.
8. Data Protection
Ipontennis, S.L. guarantees the protection and privacy of users' personal data in accordance with the current European Union regulations (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Passwords
Ipontennis, S.L. will provide personal passwords to registered users on IPONTENNIS. The User is responsible for keeping them confidential and promptly reporting any unauthorized access.

11. Electronic Waste Disposal (WEEE)
