Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). Such notification should be addressed to:

You may use the attached withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the relevant deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Inspection and Refund

Once we have received the goods, we will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable period whether the refund or replacement is applicable (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we confirm via email that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item applies.

If the product(s) cannot be replaced, the full amounts paid for the returned products will be refunded, including shipping costs incurred in delivering the product and return costs.

Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds of the corresponding price for the part of the order returned. In such cases, shipping, refund, or gift wrap fees will not be refunded.

The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer for orders paid by cash on delivery.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to:

• The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed after delivery.
